Selection of the essential oil will largely depend on the result expected for example, Lavender can be used for aiding sleep or relaxing, chamomile can be used for skin soothing, marjoram, lavender or pine can be used to release muscular aches, rosemary can be used to awaken and stimulate and grapefruit for uplifting the spirits.

Aromatherapy is widely known for its fruitful benefits like relaxing mind, body, senses and adding beauty and health. It boosts the person’s energy and leaves the person stronger and active.
